Create Your Flopix Account and Website: A Step-by-Step Guide

Building your website with Flopix takes no technical skills. Follow this guide: in a few minutes your account is ready and your website is live.

Step 1: create your account

Sign up with your email or in one click with your Google or Apple account. With email, you confirm your address with a code we send you (check your spam folder). It takes less than a minute and commits you to nothing.

Step 2: choose how you want to build

On the creation page you get two buttons:

• Create with the assistant (AI): pick a template (Restaurant, Shop / store, Salon, Other business), then write your name, address, hours, menu and links in one message. The assistant fills in the form and your website builds live.
• Create manually: the guided form asks one question at a time.

You can switch between the two anytime.

Step 3: fill in the guided form

The steps, in order: name, logo, colors, photos (up to 5), description, action button, delivery, services, social media, hours, contact details, then the theme (Essential, Modern or Magazine). Only the name is required. A live preview shows the result as you go.

Step 4: check the summary

The summary lists every section, with its status and a button to fix each one in a click. Take a minute to read it all through.

Step 5: put your website online

Pick your plan, monthly or annual. Your first subscription starts with a free trial: 3 days on the monthly plan, 7 days on the annual plan. Your card is stored securely by Stripe, but nothing is charged during the trial. Your website is live right away, with its address and its QR code.

Step 6: complete your legal notice

Right after going live, fill in your legal notice from your website page. It is required for every public website in France, and a dedicated form walks you through it in a few minutes.

Next: enrich your website

Once your website is live, the Advanced options tile on your website page lets you add, whenever you like: a contact or quote form, an FAQ, reviews, online sales with Stripe, your own domain name, the English version, SEO settings and statistics. They are all included in your subscription.

Edit your website anytime

Nothing is set in stone. The Edit my site tile reopens the form, and the Edit with AI tab lets you just write your changes. For a vacation closure or new hours, the assistant bubble is enough, with a before/after table and your confirmation.
