Add a Contact or Quote Request Form to Your Website
Published on Sep 30, 2026
What it's for
A form lets visitors write to you right from your website, without opening their email app. You can offer a contact form, a quote request form, or both.Step by step
- Open your website, then the Advanced options tile.
- Under "Site content", expand the Contact / quote form card and enable it.
- Pick a contact or a quote form, and check the email address that will receive messages (your account email by default).
- Set up the fields you ask for (name, phone, email...): hidden, optional or required. The message itself is always required.
- Save: the form is live.
Where do messages go?
Each message arrives by email, and the sender is saved on the Contacts page, added to your menu (under My site) as soon as the form is turned on.Going further
- Automatic replies: a confirmation goes out automatically for every message (requires the Professional email option).
- Email campaigns: write to your contacts later about an offer or some news.
Privacy
The form sets no cookies. The details you receive are only used to answer the request.Tip
Only make the truly necessary fields required: short forms get filled out far more often.🎃 Create your site for free
